Trent University Mourns the Passing of David Marshall
David Marshall was a lab demonstrator for Trent’s Physics department for 33 years.
The Trent University community is saddened to learn of the passing of retired Trent lab demonstrator David Marshall, a long-time member of the Physics department who worked at Trent for 33 years. He retired from the University in March 2020.
David’s colleagues would describe him as someone who produced very high-quality work and was great with the students. As noted in his obituary, “he will be remembered for his creativity and scientific mind”.
The University extends heartfelt sympathies to the family and friends of David Marshall and to all who knew him at Trent.
