Trent Excalibur Rowers Top Podium at OUA Championships
Trent University’s Excalibur rowing team finish OUA season strong in St. Catharines
It was a fantastic weekend on the water as the Trent University Excalibur rowers stood tall on the podium and walked around Henley Island with some new hard-fought hardware at the Ontario University Athletic (OUA) Championships in St. Catharines.
In total, Trent Excalibur Rowing brought home eight medals from novice to varsity, and received top honours for OUA Novice Coach of the Year.
For some rowers, it was a great way to cap off their 2017 campaign, while for others, the weekend allowed them one last warm-up before the Canadian University Championships November 4 and 5 in Burnaby, British Columbia.
