Gillian Zablan, Biology and Sociology

“Trent has allowed me to have these amazing relationships with my professors and fellow students. I have this amazing feeling of community and school pride that Trent and the colleges offer and an immense amount of pride for the students I’ve met on my own and through Orientation Week.”

Gillian Zablan, a fourth-year Biology and Sociology student, knows all about the impact of establishing meaningful relationships on campus. The opportunities Ms. Zablan has had to get involved as a member of the Gzowski College Cabinet and as an O-week leader have led to not only some great connections, but also many lifelong memories. As she prepares to graduate this summer, Ms. Zablan knows that her Trent experience and the connections she has made will carry her far as she prepares for life after Trent.

Trent University prides itself on providing an outstanding personal and interactive learning environment. This story is part of the #FacesofTrentU series, which highlights our many student success stories and the numerous dynamic programs offered at Trent.
