Trent University's AntiSpam Software Temporarily Disabled
Due to issues with Trent University’s AntiSpam measures, Trent’s MySPAM spam logging features have been disabled.
Impact:
Rather then being recorded by the AntiSPAM system messages will be ‘tagged’ as SPAM, and delivered to recipients until this issue can be resolved. This will yield an increased volume of email as the tagged spam is delivered.
Note:
GroupWise and Netmail rules may be utilized to sort to a directory, or delete messages based subject lines containing [Possible SPAM].
We continue to work with vendor support-staff to address this issue, and apologize for any inconvenience.
