If you are planning to live off campus, start your housing search as soon as you have accepted your offer and received your Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). 

• Due to high demand, finding off-campus housing can be challenging if you do not begin your housing search months in advance.
• During your search for off-campus housing, be aware of rental scams and do not hesitate to contact Trent International or Trent Student Housing.
• Arriving to Peterborough or Oshawa without accommodation is not recommended.
