Farm Radio International (Tamale, Northern Region)
Is a Canadian-based organization working in direct partnership with approximately 375 radio broadcasters in 39 African countries to fight poverty and food insecurity. Farm Radio’s program supports broadcasters in meeting the needs of local small-scale farmers and their families in rural communities, and helps broadcasters build the skills to develop content that responds to local needs.

A non-profit community radio station, having first gone ‘on-air’ in February of 1998. Radio Ada seeks to promote the language, culture and traditions of the Dangme people through it programming.

TAWODEP is a community-based organization that looks to address issues of gender in rural communities. The organization was founded in 2003, and continues to support projects like micro-finance loans, literacy programmes, and, vocational and business training for women.

TKVA is a regional NGO working in thirty-two communities in four districts. It has a mission to assist needy people especially women and children, and improve the quality of their living standards through education of children especially the girl child, primary health care, nutrition, education, water and sanitation and micro development enterprise.
West African Primate Conservation Action "WAPCA" (Achimota-Accra)
The West African Primate Conservation Action (WAPCA) is an initiative whose primary goal is to effectively preserve endemic primate species in the West-African Upper Guinean Rainforest, which are seriously threatened by extinction. WAPCA implements ecological conservation activities primarily in Accra and the Western Region of Ghana, as well as border communities in Ivory Coast.
