Day of Itinerary

The itinerary for the morning ceremony is as follows:

Time	Task	Location
8:30am	Students are dropped off at the Athletics Centre where they enter through the NORTH DOORS (exam entrance) to check-in and get their gown (free of charge). Guests are asked to park their vehicle and then proceed to the University Court (Bata Podium).	Athletics Centre
9:40am	Procession from Student Marshalling area leaves for the University Court if the ceremonies are outside.	Student Marshalling field in front of the Athletics Centre
10:00am	Ceremony begins	Bata Podium
~11:30am	After the end of the ceremony and taking photos with family, students then return your gown to the Bailey Family Fitness Studio in the Athletics Centre. Students will pick up their degree, Alumni Package, & Trent Annual Yearbook on the 2nd floor of the Athletics Centre on their way out the main entrance.	Athletics Centre
	Meet up with your family and friends at the reception in the Great Hall following the ceremony, if you wish. Please note that the reception for the Nursing ceremony only is held in the Gym.	Great Hall (or Gym for Nursing)
