Food & Beverage

Conferences and Hospitality Services will coordinate for you any food and beverage you may need for your conference, day meeting or special event.

Whether you need refreshments, conference dining or full catering services, our in-house Trent Food Services has what you need!

Conference Group Dining

We offer a variety of simple hot meal options for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for groups of 50 or more served in one of our fabulous college dining halls. Select from a 7-day menu rotation.

Catering for Small Groups & Special Events

Our catering menu selections are available for groups of less than 50 as well as larger events. They provide a variety of choice whether you are looking for a meal option served at your meeting room or for that Gala Dinner in our Champlain College Great Hall.

Bar Services

Bar service is available at several licensed rooms on the campus. Our staff will be on hand to set up and serve your event. We are proud to offer craft beer selections and Ontario wines as part of our beverage services.
