We will be administering a campus climate survey to students, faculty, staff, and administrators at Trent University to develop a better understanding of the extent to which our campus climate supports diversity and equity. The survey should takes less than 15 minutes to complete. The survey is now available, please check your email, as well as your spam and junk folders. You are always welcome to provide your feedback as it relates to racism and anti-racism at Trent using the Confidential Written Submission platform.
Participation is voluntary. We are grateful for our community's cooperation and willingness to provide information that will help us better understand Trent University’s climate. We are committed to ensuring that our campus has an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment, and your participation in this survey will help us work toward this goal.
The survey will present many questions about identity to develop a better sense of the diversity on our campus. Your responses are anonymous. The survey will be administered by an independent organization, and we will only receive survey data after your responses have been grouped together with the responses of other individuals and information that might be personally identifiable has been stripped from the data.
