Missing Postal Code
May cause delays or surcharges.
No Account Number
External mail must include an account number for billing.
Wrong Package Location
Students must pick up packages at their assigned location and not at SRC.
Not Sorting Bulk Mail
Mailings of 50 or more items must be pre-sorted and bundled as required.
Costs & Billing
The cost of postage for outgoing mail is charged back to the department. An account number is required.
All postal codes are subject to GST.
All mail sent outside of Canada falls under international rates and regulations, which vary widely from country to country.
