Biomedical Science

Combine your passion for biology and health in the pursuit of a career in medicine and related fields.

In this first-of-its-kind degree program in Ontario, you will explore a range of topics in the classroom and lab, including cell biology, anatomy, biochemistry, and biomedical ethics, and put your course learning into practice with an emphasis on experiential learning in professional health environments.

You will also learn from leading practitioners through one of two capstone fourth year courses of the program, which could have you experiencing medicine in action while you shadow doctors, dentists, veterinarians, physiotherapists, pharmacists, or other health practitioners – a rare experience at the undergraduate level.

Accelerated Masters

Fast-track your education, by earning your M.Sc. in Environmental & Life Sciences in only 12-20 months of graduating from your Honours B.Sc.
