The Datatel Colleague service HAS BEEN RESTORED. 

Following the Peterborough Utilties power outage Friday night, there was an outage that affected all Webadvisor (Academic Record), UI Web, and UI Desktop access.   Service was restored at approximately 3 pm Saturday April 28.
