Buy the River (BTR) is Trent University’s flagship annual case competition, organized by the Trent Business Students’ Association (TBSA). The event brings together students from across disciplines to analyze a real-world business case and develop innovative, practical solutions. Participants work in teams, present their recommendations to a panel of judges, and gain hands-on experience in critical thinking, collaboration, and professional presentation.
