This 8-week in-person mindfulness course helps reduce anxiety and enhance emotional well-being. Learn practical skills rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Buddhist teachings to improve focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

  • Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (May 20 – July 15) OR

  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (May 24 – July 19)

Current Trent undergraduate students qualify for a 30% discount. Trent alumni qualify for a 10% discount.
