The annual BAS David Ellis Lecture Series: “Ask Me Anything” began in 2022-23. The series was named for Dr. David Ellis, a professor of Chemistry and former Dean of Arts and Science.  This lecture series honours his memory, his commitment to promoting arts-science interdisciplinarity, and his sincere care for students.

The 2024-25 Ellis Lecture is co-sponsored by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics
