We don't need the research to tell us that spending time with friends can significantly reduce stress and provide us with profound sense of belonging, but sometimes it can be intimidating to forge your own path and make meaningful friendships in a new environment. That's where "Thrive by Saying Hi" comes in! Join your Student Health Promoter and Peer Support for a peer-led workshop that will engage you in interactive games and discussions, gain insights into building health friendships, and strengthen your social bonds. You're not alone on this journey - connect with others who value well-being and community. We can't wait to meet you there!
