Thrive Week: Stress Ball Making

Squeeze some of your stress away with a DIY stress ball

As part of Thrive Week, we invite you to join our DIY Stress Ball Workshop. Stress can be a heavy burden to bear, but this event provides a fun and creative way to lighten the load.

On November 16, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., come to Bagnani Hall for a therapeutic evening. You'll have the opportunity to craft your own stress ball, a tactile and practical way to help you de-stress. It's the perfect chance to channel your worries into a creative outlet.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply want to have fun, this event is open to all. Supplies will be readily available, so feel free to drop by at any time during the event.

Join us in turning your stress into art and creating a calming tool to carry with you.
