One of the best ways to find out if Trent is the right fit for you is to attend an open house event.
Each year we welcome thousands of future students and their families to our Open House events. All prospective students and families are welcome to  attend.  Speak with professors, staff and current students, tour the campus and take in a mini lecture or information session.

What can I do at the Durham-GTA campus Open House?

  • At our Academic & Student Services Fair, speak with professors and students about your program of interest and the endless opportunities available to you here - from sports, to clubs, to hands-on research and work study opportunities
  • Tour our campus – tours depart every 10 minutes
  • Tour our residences
  • Visit our science lab to view demonstrations
  • Visit our tipi to participate in a fire and smudge, and learn about other services offered by the First Peoples House of Learning
  • Attend mini lectures and information sessions
  • Purchase fun Trent swag at a discounted price from the Trent Durham Student Association's Rack N' Shelf
