Trent is on the GO!
GO Transit is now offering new transportation services for Trent University and Peterborough.
Running every day of the week, the GO Bus runs from Gzowski College ten times per day on weekdays and six times per day on weekends and holidays. In October, GO Transit ridership between Peterborough and Oshawa met expectations with an average of 220 passengers using the service on weekdays. Tickets are available through the TCSA office Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., or students can pay cash directly to the bus driver upon boarding.
Stops for the GO Transit bus service include Downtown Peterborough, Cavan, Bowmanville, and Oshawa. Tickets are also available for a bus/train option to Toronto’s Union Station. Fare from Peterborough to Oshawa is $11.45 (one way), $22.90 (round trip), and $93.50 (student 10-ride).
The following schedule lists the time of departure from the Trent campus at Gzowski College to the Oshawa Go Station at Thornton and Bloor.
