We value making a difference in everything we do, which is why we purchase fresh, local produce from Ontario farms (even using Trent’s own Market Garden) and stock our dining halls with a selection of fair trade coffee, slow batch roasted exclusively for Trent University.

We also have one of the most successful reusable ecotray programs in North America – just some of the reasons we are home to not one, but three of Canada’s only on-campus 3-Star Certified Green Restaurants.
