Dr. Martina Orlandi’s research focuses on philosophy of mind, artificial intelligence, and moral psychology. She has published on self-control and self-deception and is currently writing a book on how resilience can lead to making irrational choices for Bloomsbury Academic. She is interested in the relationship between artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, and achievements. Currently, she is collaborating with the department of psychology at the University of Toronto on a research project on how the effortless use of ChatGPT can negatively impact individual’s sense of meaningfulness when performing tasks.
