Enhanced Mobile Device Support
Dear Faculty and Staff,
Historically, integrating our Groupwise e-mail with Apple or Android based devices has been an issue. Apple or Android device holders would have to download third party applications or use other means to gain access to e-mail while on the move. The Technology Department is pleased to announce the official release of our "DataSync" service. This service will allow Apple and Android device holders to connect to our Groupwise Service and to wirelessly sync their e-mail, calendar, contacts, and Reminders.
To electronically request access to this service, please login to the myTrent Portal and navigate to the request form contained in:
Resources --> Information Technology --> Datasync Request
Once you have received confirmation that you have are now enrolled in this service, please follow the link below to receive device specific set-up instructions that will enable you to set-up your device with our service.
