Service Status Dashboard
Dear Trent Staff/Faculty and Students,
The IT department is excited to announce a new service designed to increase our transparency and alert our user community when IT services are experiencing difficulties. The IT service status dashboard is an interactive portal where users can see the current state of our IT services, and quickly discover if there are issues affecting our IT services. Additionally, users can view trends on the health of our services, and review past performance events.
Finally, this service will integrate with our IT website, myTrent notifications and campus wide digital signage to keep our user community informed if there are any changes to our service offering.
I’d like to invite you all to check out the new service status dashboard, by clicking the icon titled Service Status Dashboard under the Services menu of myTrent.
