Power Outage June 21st 2015

As per the communication from the Trent University Physical Resources Department, there will be an electrical shutdown on Sunday June 21st, 2015 beginning at 7:00 am.

This shutdown will have an effect on available IT services. Some of the services that will not be available beginning at 6:00 am on June 21st, include personal and shared drive access, and library services.

Most IT services should be fully restored by 9:00 pm on Sunday June 21st, 2015. Please note that WiFi services may not be fully restored until Monday morning. If you find a dead spot, please report the specific location to the Helpdesk so we can address it.

To protect against power surges, employees should turn off all computers, monitors, and printers before the shutdown begins.
