Phone System Issue

Following an upgrade this morning, the automated telephone attendant is currently not answering calls to the University. All calls are being answered manually, and additional staff have been added to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
To reduce the load on our operators, please direct dial extensions for internal calls. Extensions can be looked up in the directory at http://www.trentu.ca/who
We are currently working with the vendor on a fix and will update you when we have an ETA.
