We have received reports of an email with the subject line Help Desk Update and having the following content:
This Email Service Alert from Help Desk. this is to inform you that your mailbox has exceeds its storage limit, you will be unable to receive and send emails. To re-set your Account Space on our database, prior to maintain your INBOX from 20G to 20.9G. Click on ….

Please do NOT respond to this email or CLICK the link and delete it immediately.
This is a phishing email attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames and passwords.
- If you have already visited the link and/or entered your information please reset your password immediately.
- To reset your password, please login to MyTrent and go to the “Password Settings” tool available on the Profile Menu that is activated by clicking the silhouette or your picture (if replaced) appearing on the top left hand corner of the new MyTrent Portal.
