O365 - Groupwise meeting request issue

Please see the update below regarding a recently reported problem sending/receiving meeting requests between Office 365 and Groupwise clients. Our technicians have resolved 2 of the 3 scenarios and continue to work on the 3rd.
1) Single meeting request between Groupwise and Office 365 – RESOLVED - works as expected both ways.
2) Recurring meeting request to Groupwise from Office 365 – RESOLVED - works as expected.
3) Recurring meeting requests to Office 365 from Groupwise – NOT RESOLVED - results in a single meeting request, as if the recurrence characteristic is ignored when received by the Office 365 client.
