Blackboard/Learning System Update

Good Afternoon All,

Since January 12, 2015 our technicians have been working to resolve an unpredictable, intermittent issue with the Blackboard testing module.  The latest, of multiple, maintenance routines completed this morning (January 30, 2015) at approximately 1:00 AM.  Unfortunately, while we are seeing some progress, some issues are still unresolved.

Please know we are continuing to work with senior engineers at Blackboard for resolution and apologize for the interruption in service.
