Academic Record Outage Tue Dec 16 (7 am-9 am) and Wed Dec 17 (7:30-8:00 am)

A system outage was experienced with some “Academics” forms in the MyTrent portal this morning (Tuesday Dec 16th)  between 7am and 9am.  This included access to online registration, waitlists, student timetable, academic record with grades, and online unofficial transcripts.    The issue was addressed and the forms returned to service at 9am.

However, further action needs to be taken to fully resolve the problem.  The “Academic Record” services will again need to be taken out of service for a short outage between 7:30m and 8:00am on Wednesday December 17.

This service outage did not and will not affect, email, the learning system (blackboard) and overall access to the myTrent portal.
