Exchange students must take most of their courses at the school in which they will enroll. However, they can also choose one or two courses from other schools through the university wide electives.
Courses in Political Science, Sociology, and Psychology are usually only open to incoming exchange students majoring in those subjects.
Preparatory 4-week intense German language courses are offered before the start of each term. Students are awarded a certificate, but the course is not included on the students official Transcript of Records meaning you cannot earn credit for the class. - Students can also take German language classes for credit during the semester.
