BBA & Master of Management Fast Track Program

Designed for ambitious, goal-driven students, this pathway fast-tracks your education and career, equipping you with the credentials, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to become a leader in the global business landscape.  

This innovative program blends foundational business administration studies with advanced management training, giving you a head start on your career in just five years. 

Program Highlights

  • Condensed Pathway: Achieve two degrees in five years, with a direct and seamless transition from undergraduate to graduate studies. 
  • Integrated Work Experience: The M.MGT program includes an Integrated Workplace Project, allowing you to apply your skills to real-world challenges and gain practical experience. 
  • Two Campuses: Choose to study at Trent’s Peterborough or Durham GTA campus, both offering a collaborative learning environment and a close-knit community.

Your Accelerated M.MGT Journey 

Upon completion of the B.B.A. program, eligible students seamlessly transition into the accelerated Master of Management program, which features the courses listed below, as well as the highly-regarded Integrated Workplace Project during your summer term.

The Integrated Workplace Project is a defining feature of the M.Mgt program, giving you the opportunity to apply your classroom learning in a professional setting. This experiential learning component provides real-world experience and prepares you for the job market with practical skills and industry insight.

  • During the Master of Management portion of your pathway, work on real-world consulting projects and research initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders, analyze complex challenges, and present solutions that impact businesses and communities. 
  • See the world and make a difference as part of a summer field school, like the Sustainability and Business field study in South Africa. 
  • Build a network with globally recognized business executives through mentorship meet-ups, business clubs, and Trent's CEO-in-Residence program.

If you are coming straight from high school in Ontario or are a recent grad, the admission requirements are:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
  • A minimum 80% overall final average
  • A minimum of six Grade 12 4U or 4M courses
  • ENG 4U with a minimum of 60%
  • A 4U Math course
