Feminist Studies

The world needs people who can advocate for women and marginalized groups and think critically about patriarchal structures and gender equity, tackling issues like reproductive rights and wage gaps. 

This specialization allows you gain a deeper understanding of the facets of feminism, establishing the skills and expertise needed to become an activist and leader in a broad spectrum of careers – from policy and psychology to advocacy and academia.

Courses

Students who have fulfilled the requirements for a single- or joint-major degree in Gender & Social Justice may graduate with a specialization if they have successfully completed 4.0 GESO credits in the specialization category. The same course may not simultaneously count toward two or more specializations.
