Human Resource Management

In this age of globalization and innovation, the ability to acquire, develop, and motivate talented people has become the number one challenge for most organizations.

The postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a continuation of undergraduate studies designed for students who wish to learn how HRM contributes positively to both organizations and the people who work for them. This exceptional program is ideally suited to new graduates seeking further specialization, or working professionals wishing to further develop their understanding of human resource management. Admissions Requirements

The Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is available to students who hold an undergraduate degree other than business from any accredited university.

Graduating From Trent This Year?

As a Trent grad, you qualify for direct admission to our Business Postgraduate Certificate programs. To apply and register, just send a confirmation email to admissions@trentu.ca from your Trent University account. We will waive the application fee. 

For students who have accepted their offer of admission and have questions about registering in their courses or life at Trent, please email ptbocerts@trentu.ca for Peterborough programs.
