Confronting Anti-Black Racism: Learning, Acting, and Collaborating (YouthREX)

YouthREX Professional Development for Staff is a virtual training session designed to deepen understanding of anti-racism principles and address both systemic and interpersonal forms of racism. This session supports staff in building practical, actionable skills that contribute to more equitable and inclusive campus environments. Through guided discussion and critical reflection, participants are encouraged to examine their roles and responsibilities within institutional and community contexts.
