Exam Centre - External Proctoring
The Durham Exam Centre offers professional proctoring services for individuals, external colleges, universities, institutions, and professional testing. To schedule an exam, please submit your request least 10 business days before the exam date. For paper-based exams from other post-secondary institutions, bookings should be made 20 days in advance to allow for preparation and courier delivery.

Step 1: Reserve Your Seat
Click the booking link to choose your preferred exam date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
Please note: Your booking will only be finalized once we receive your payment (see Step 3).

Step 2: Submit Your Exam Details
Please complete the exam request form with all the required information. Providing accurate and complete details helps us ensure a smooth and efficient booking process.

Step 3: Submit Your Payment
Use the link to our Trent Marketplace Payment Portal to complete your payment. You’ll be asked to enter the pre-tax amount based on the flat rate listed below. HST will be automatically added at checkout before your payment is finalized.
- $75 – Standard Testing Rate (1–3 hours)
- $100 – Extended Testing Rate (more than 3 hours)

Step 4: Await Final Confirmation
Once we’ve received your booking request, completed exam information form, and payment confirmation, we’ll send you a final email confirming your booking. This email will include details for your institution to send us the exam materials.

- We require 48 hours of notice for cancellations.
- Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
- Our exam centre is a scent-free space.
