Student Health 101 is a great monthly interactive magazine brought to you through a partnership between the Trent Central Student Association and the Office of Student Affairs. This magazine covers a wide range of issues ranging from diet and exercise to relationship tips and academic success. Student Health 101 is created by students for students with many opportunities to have your voice heard on health related issues.

Experience Bring It On!
Through a wide variety of interactive and fun activities, Bring it On! provides students with a chance to build strategies for success academically, socially, and on a personal level.
This year after attending your NSO session you will have the opportunity to stay the night in residence and participate in Bring It On. Activities will iinclude rock climbing, canoeing on the Otonabee River, a hike up the famous Trent Drumlin, and several workshops designed to make your transition to university an easy one! We do have limited space in Bring It On!, so please register as soon as possible. All participants must register iprior to the weekend.
