Hours of Operation

The Archives Reading Room is now open for research visits BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Email archives@trentu.ca to schedule your appointment.

Important notice for non-Trent visitors: Before arriving on campus, non-Trent visitors are required to complete a Visitors Notice form, available on the University web page “COVID-19 Controls for Trent University Visitors and Contractors.” Please complete the form and send it to archives@trentu.ca before your visit.

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday. In order to ensure safe social distancing in the Reading Room and to allow for the regular sanitization of surfaces, the numbers of visitors are regulated. 

Monday:          9:00-12:30; 1:00-4:00        
Tuesday:          9:00-12:30; 1:00-4:00; 4:30-7:30
Wednesday:    9:00-12:30; 1:00-4:00        
Thursday:        9:00-12:30; 1:00-4:00        

The Archives is closed on statutory holidays.
