The Department of Physical Resources is responsible for planning, construction, development, renovating, operating, maintaining, repairing and cleaning the University's facilities and maintaining the grounds, roadways and parking lots.

The Department of Physical Resources is dedicated to creating a healthy, safe, supportive and inspiring physical environment conducive to study, learning, research, work and play. We are also dedicated to foster and enhance environmental and energy efficient practices in the use and operations of Trent property.
