Surfing the Waves of Emotions
Do negative emotions sit with you for a long time? Is this having a negative impact on your life? Join us for a 6-week, Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed group, that focuses on learning skills for regulating intense emotions and getting through distressing situations.

Mood Talks: Managing low mood and improving well-being
This is a discussion-based group that will:
- learn about low mood and depression symptoms;
- develop skills and strategies to cope; and,
- provide a safe space to share your experiences and feel support.

Introduction to Mindfullness
"Mindful or Mind Full? The Student Wellness Centre is offering a six-week group based upon principles and practices from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Mindfulness practices have demonstrated the capacity to assist us in appreciated the unfolding moments of our lives, in managing stress, and supporting our health and wellness."
