Trent University in Oshawa Students “Get Green”
On September 12, Trent University in Oshawa students enjoyed their own student orientation session entitled “Get Green Day” to help them get a jumpstart on the new academic year.
During the lively day-long session, students teamed up and has a chance to get to know one another while familiarizing themselves with the Oshawa campus through a series of engaging activities, including human foosball, a scavenger hunt, and talent show. Local media attended to catch all the live action.
“This event has been organized by Trent’s representatives with the Student Association and offers a great opportunity for students to share in fun activities that reflect the unique Trent experience,” said Murray Genoe, Associate Dean and Principal of Julian Blackburn College, who directs Trent University in Oshawa. “We’re excited to provide this kind of orientation so our new students understand how important they are to the Trent community.”
