New graduates and working professionals preparing for a career in human resources will now be able to enroll in the new postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management at both Trent University campuses in Durham and in Peterborough.

“The demand for postgraduate programs is growing and Trent is responding to that need as we proudly announce the expansion of our postgrad certificate program in Human Resource Management to both our Durham and Peterborough campuses,” said Dr. Ray Dart, chair of Business Administration at Trent, which oversees the certificate program. “This is a great opportunity for students and professional who want to add to their undergraduate degree with our two term program leading to a recognized professional certification.”

The postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management at Trent targets both new graduates preparing for a career in human resources, and also those already in the work-force who wish to take their HR career to the next level by becoming a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). The certification program may be completed in one year of full-time studies, or in two or more years through part-time studies.
