Trent’s Varsity coaches strive for balance between leadership, academic encouragement, athlete recruitment, planning and execution, all with one purpose – to fuel a drive for excellence among their student athletes and the University as a whole.

In an increasingly competitive university sport environment, Trent recognizes the need to solidify its core of coaching excellence. By helping establish a Coaching Excellence Fund at Trent University, you can play a key role in ensuring our Varsity coaches have access to important professional development opportunities and are equipped with all the tools required to inspire and bring out the best in their athletes.

We have established Trent’s first Coaching Excellence Fund with a goal of $100,000. As an endowment, this fund will be held in perpetuity. The annual income from the endowment means that Trent coaches and students will enjoy benefits for years to come. Support the Coaching Excellence Fund with endowed gifts of $5,000 or greater and you will be acknowledged as a Charter Supporter of the fund.
