• Phase one will include four two-storey townhouse blocks and one low-rise, three-storey apartment building.  Each phase subject to municipal approval.
• Phase one to generate $12 million in construction activity.
• Construction to take place on already-serviced Trent lands.
• Accommodations for up to 360 students.
• No commercial development in phase one.  Some limited commercial content in future phases is a possibility.
• In phase one of the project, nine apartment units housing 27 students will be accessible units.
• Site lines protected for neighbours – the roof of the three-storey apartment block is 3.5 metres below the elevation of the nearest property.
• Developer to pay development charges and taxes.
