Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Toronto in 1964. He was Trent’s Director of Athletics and Recreation from 1966 to 2002. He has been and continues to be an active community volunteer and Alumni Relations Ambassador for the University. He was a City of Peterborough Alderman from 1985-1997 and a member of Trent Board of Governors from 1999-2001. Currently, Mr. Wilson is on Cogeco T.V. and host political programs. These include “Local Matters” and “Queen’s Park Report”. He also sits on the panel of the weekly “Politically Speaking”. 
Jennifer Dettman '88Executive Director, Studio and Unscripted Content CBC
Ms. Dettman is a senior CBC executive whose leadership and bold vision have shaped what it means to be a relevant modern broadcaster in today’s media landscape. She currently oversees all factual entertainment, unscripted comedy, live event specials, arts programming, and sports programming for CBC Television. She has earned three Gemini Awards, a Gracie Award, and the 2011 President’s Award for excellence in programming content and leadership. 
Maureen Loweth '76Dean Centre for Business, George Brown CollegeMs. Loweth is responsible for the academic and administrative leadership of the Centre for Business at George Brown College, where her team is pursuing aggressive strategic growth and implementation of the Centre’s vision. She oversaw the opening of a new School of Financial Services, the building of the Young Centre for the Performing Arts, the relocation of the School of Design, and the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Community Innovation. She is a member of the college's Senior Management Committee and was the first Co-Chair of the College's Academic Strategy Committee. 
Don Tapscott '66Chancellor of Trent UniversityRecognized as one of the world's leading authorities on innovation, media, and the economic and social impact of technology, Mr. Tapscott has been an advisor to business and government leaders and has introduced ground-breaking concepts that are part of our understanding of a rapidly changing world. Recently re-named as one of the most important living business thinkers in the world by Thinkers50, Mr. Tapscott is Trent’s current Chancellor and the first alumnus to hold the position. 
Justin Chiu '73Executive Director, Cheung Kong Holdings Ltd., Hong KongIn his native Hong Kong, Justin Chiu is described as one of the most inspired and innovative property developers in the city. He is known as a man with many interests – balancing 30 years of international experience in real estate with activities like motorcycle riding, skiing and paragliding. |
