Register Now for Swimming Lessons

Spaces available for fall session

There are still spaces available for fall session swimming lessons and leadership courses to start September 13 at Trent University's Allan Marshall Pool.

Spaces are available in a variety of aquatic programs, including Red Cross learn-to-swim levels, stroke improvement, lifesaving, and adult classes, plus semi-private and special needs classes. Lessons are offered on weekends and Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and are taught by nationally-certified instructors.

Skilled swimmers also have the opportunity to pursue advanced training with some of Trent's leadership and lifeguard training programs, offered in partnership with the Lifesaving Society and Canadian Red Cross.

The Allan Marshall Pool is the area's leader in training swimming instructors and lifeguards, and is also an authorized test centre for the Canadian Coast Guard boat examinations.

For further information about the aquatic programs or to register, call 748-1257.
