**Update** Office 365 Deployment Website and Shared Address Books

Good Afternoon All,
 
We have now begun to migrate users to the new Office 365 platform.  We realize that many of you still have questions so, I am pleased to announce our new Office 365 deployment website.  This website not only includes an important message from our deployment staff, but also provides you valuable information, including;

- Quick start guides
- An online deployment schedule
- A copy of the training schedule with links to registration

Additionally, in the next number of days, you will be sent an email invitation from the 'Office 365 Team' to install a 'Shared Address Book'.  If you are using the Novell Groupwise desktop client or the Novell Groupwise web client, please accept this invitation.  Please disregard this message if you are accessing your Trent email from a non-Groupwise client. 
 
As we migrate users to the new Office 365 platform, their contact information will start to disappear from the standard address book and appear in this shared address book.    For more information about shared address books and the use of them, please go to:
