Sustainable Development Goals Contest
Trent University was a key partner in the United Nation's (UN) designation of the Kawartha/Haliburton area as a Regional Area of Expertise in Education for Sustainable Development. The UN has set 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that strive to make the world healthier and more equitable for all. The SO is holding a contest this fall to find great examples of ways that Trent is aligning with these goals.
Entry is simple! Send an email to the SO, with:
• your name & student status (only required for draw entry),
• your example of an SDG in action at Trent
• identify the specific SDG(s)
Everyone can participate; however, only valid entries from students will be eligible for a draw to win $100 on their TrentCard. All valid entries will be used to build an inventory of Trent's contribution to advancing the SDGs.
