The University of Dundee became independent in 1967 following a 70 year relationship with the University of St Andrews. The University's origins date back to 1881 when University College, Dundee was founded. Home to more than 17,000 students and more than 3,000 staff, they help make Dundee Scotland’s most student-friendly city. 25% of the students they are engaged with are from outside the UK. Dundee is one of the highest ranked UK universities in the International Student Barometer, the annual measure of student satisfaction. The University has been consistently rated best in Scotland in the annual Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey.

Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in programs lending to Accountancy and Finance, Anatomical Sciences, Computing Studies, Economic Studies, Electronic Engineering, English, Environmental Studies, Environmental Sustainability, Forensic Anthropology, Geography, History, Mechanical Engineering, Philosophy, Politics, Psychology, Town Planning.
Students must have a minimum cumulative average of 70% to apply.

How many credits equal a full course-load at Trent?
Course load for one semester is 60 SCOTCAT Points = 30 ECTS = 2.5 credits
Fall term: Mid September - Mid December
Winter term: Mid January - End of May *with Easter Vacation during April
Trent students are responsible to pay their normal Trent tuition fees as a full time student plus Trent full ancillary fee package (no opt out options while abroad), tuition fees are waived at the host university.
