Refundable Undergraduate Tuition Deposit for Fall 2020
(Claim deadline on or before September 24,2020)
With the unique circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Fall 2020 undergraduate tuition deposits will be refunded under certain situations related to COVID-19. Students are requested to complete a Self-Declaration form indicating which one of the following conditions specific to Covid-19 are met.
The availability of courses, or the method(s) of delivery of your selected courses is no longer satisfactory;
Travel restrictions prohibit you (the student) from traveling to Trent University.
If you (the student) or your family are adversely affected by the pandemic, either medically or financially, so that your undergraduate studies at Trent University are no longer viable
A $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Completed Self-Declaration forms should be sent to studentaccounts@trentu.ca IMPORTANT: If you have registered in courses, you will need to de-register from your courses before the Financial Drop Deadline Sept 24, 2020, otherwise you will be financially responsible for the registration fees.
The undergraduate tuition deposit is not refundable if you (the student) decide to defer your start date, or for any reasons not related to Covid-19 unless already covered under the University’s standard conditions.
