SCHOOL OF EDUCATION SENDS OUT OFFERS OF ADMISSION
Trent University’s School of Education and Professional Learning is in the process of sending out admission decisions for the first-ever intake of consecutive one-year Bachelor of Education students.
This year approximately 2,800 applications were received for 115 full-time positions and 55 part-time positions. There was a large number of very qualified candidates, and the School of Education is pleased to extend offers of admission to a group of carefully-chosen applicants.
On April 1, 2003, all applicants will receive one of three letters:
The admissions office has carefully reviewed every application. Files were assessed on two criteria – academic average and profile of experience. Profiles of experience were reviewed by trained readers (University officials and teachers).
Applicants who have received an offer of admission have been asked to reply to Trent University by April 15.
